Hello All!
I was told by a wise neighbor to try out an exercise, Give myself a compliment every day for a month. I thought this sounded absolutely wonderful, but also knew I would never follow through with it because that is who I am. So I thought if I made it public maybe I would feel more accountable. I did the first couple days and saw that several of you decided this would be a fun exercise as well.
I would like for everyone to write something kind to themselves each day, or at least once a week. Pull up an internal mirror and say something really nice to yourself every day!
